Booking Policy
Cancellation and/or rescheduling request must be submitted at least 12 hours prior to your appointment time.
There are no refunds for missed readings without contact BEFORE the appointment. Rescheduling may be offered, but this is not guaranteed.
Please respect everyone's time, if you go over the time limit of your reading, you are subject to be invoiced and/or charged for the extra time.
Please ensure all contact information is up to date, and remember you are booking in CST/CDT.
You will receive a call at your appointment time.

IF you call Auntea and interrupt someone else's service, yours will be cancelled.
In the event that Auntea is unable to make your reading(rare occasion) for any reason, it may be completed by Boss Lady.
No one else is affiliated with Elements Of The Trinity.
If you book and miss a course, there are no refunds. However, you may purchase the notes for $25.
Spiritual workings disclaimer
No certain outcome of spiritual services can be 100% guaranteed. We do understand that it can be disappointing if a service doesn't produce the results you were expecting but, it's important to remember that many things can impact the timing of the desired results. This applies with any practitioner. These things will be discussed at the required consultation prior to your services being completed.
Shipping Policy
Order processing/packaging takes 3-4 business days.
If you're order contains a product that must be made, please allow up to 7 days for processing.
Orders ship out within 7-14 business days.

refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds. No exchanges.
Returns on anything opened, worn, or tampered with are not accepted.
Things to remember when ordering and/or
booking
1. Do NOT call Auntea. She will contact you at the time of your appointment.
2. Business days are Mon-Fri, holidays are not included.
3. All sales are final.
4. Please allow up up 72 hours for a response via email. If it is urgent, you need to book an appointment.
